Riopoint Refund Policy
Cancellations: You can cancel your purchase by phone or email. Please provide the Name, Address and Credit Card used to make the purchase. Please do not charge-back as it may cause a delay in your refund.
Black-out period: We cannot process refunds 24 hours prior to the beginning and 24 hours after the end of the event. We will acknowledge your refund request and process it immediately after this 48 hours blackout period.
